BREAKFAST
In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), Breakfast service at this property is unavailable at moment due to Coronavirus (COVID-19). If breakfast is included in the rate will be provided in the café nearby the hotel ( 30mt).
Breakfast is à la carte and is not buffet breakfast.
CHECK-IN
The rooms are available to guests from 14.00. If you plan to arrive after 00:00 please inform us.
EARLY CHECK-IN
Any early check-in will be agreed upon arrival, subject to room availability.
CHECK-OUT
On the day of departure we invite you to leave your room by 11.00 am.
LATE CHECK-OUT UNTIL 16.00
If on the day of departure you wish to take it easy and relax, please ask us for late check out, with a small supplement you can leave your room at 16.00.

TOURIST TAX
Tourist tax is not included in room rate, it amounts to 2,00 € per 4 nights per person per night not applicable to children under 16 years old.
DAILY HOUSEKEEPING
Service is from 10:00 to 12:30. Towels change on the 3d day.Linen change on the 3th day
At the time you take the room, please report immediately if there is something wrong. Any problems reported during and / or after check out can not be a reason for dispute, and any damage found subsequently will be attributed to the guest.
The cleanliness of our Guesthouse has always been one of our greatest strengths. For your safety, we dedicate ourselves more than ever to a perfect cleaning process and the disinfection of all areas. We have drawn up a detailed prevention protocol for you. This way, you can spend your stay with us in totally carefree and in absolute safety. All rooms are cleaned and disinfected every day in accordance with protocol.
PARKING
Our hotel has not parking space: Private Public Parking is available at 300 meters from our hotel: parking via don Luigi Sturzo, 31. The cost is 9 euros for 24 hours.
